Cancellations and refunds
Free cancellation when you cancel more than 5 days before your arrival date.
For cancellation of 5 days or less from you arrival date we charge 50% of the room rate for each night cancelled if we are unable to re-book the room.
Payments will be charged BTC or USDT, not in CAD value.
Refunds will be credited using the unit of exchange provided for the reservation, not in CAD value.
